Effective Clenbuterol Dosage

Clenbuterol has no defined dosage; it all depends on the user’s need and their ability to handle the intensity.

The most common supplement regimen, the two-week cycle, involves starting off at 20cmg on day one and working your way up to 140 mcg by the 7th day; one should ideally add 20 mcg per day.

During the second week, Clenbuterol users are supposed to reduce their intake by the same amount up to 20 mcg. Majority of the competitive body builders have settled on this cycle for maximum benefits.

If it is your first time using the supplement, it is best to start on even lower doses and work your way up gradually; you get a feel of the drug’s effect as you go along.



Depending on how much you take, you are risking a heart attack or a stroke. So go to the hospital. If you happen to have prescription beta-blockers handy (e.g. metoprolol) a dose will help reverse the effect but if you have no idea what you are doing just go to the hospital.
